Welcome to the official home of Millikan Rams Baseball, where championship tradition and relentless ambition define who we are. Based in Long Beach, California, our program has earned its place among the region’s elite through decades of success, outstanding coaching, and a community that stands proudly behind our team.
A Tradition of Triumph
Millikan Baseball is one of Southern California’s most respected high school programs. Over the years, the Rams have collected six CIF Southern Section championships, multiple Moore League titles, and a reputation for toughness, discipline, and winning baseball.
2021 CIF-SS Division 3 Champions
In 2021, the Rams delivered a commanding 2–0 shutout over Arlington to secure our sixth CIF-SS championship—and our first since 1992. It was a historic run that showcased our program's strength, resilience, and talent.

Our roots run deep, dating back to title runs in the late 1960s under renowned coach Bob Myers, who later led Long Beach City College to a state championship in 1976. Those early triumphs laid the foundation for what Millikan Baseball stands for today.
Moore League Success
In recent years, the Rams have dominated the Moore League, securing six league championships in the past decade alone. We continue to compete at the highest level, pushing ourselves every season to represent Millikan with pride, purpose, and grit.
2025 – Co-Champions
Finished the season 11–1 in league and shared the league crown with Wilson. Clinched the title after a 7–2 victory over Wilson on May 7, 2025
2024 – Undefeated League Champions
Achieved a perfect 12–0 Moore League record.
Continued their dominance in the league, maintaining a strong foundation heading into the 2025 season
2022–2023 – Back-to-Back Champions
Included in the six titles won over the past decade. The Rams claimed league championships in three of the four seasons leading up to 2025, maintaining high-level consistency.
Overall: Six Titles in 10 Seasons
Over the past decade, Millikan averaged 10 wins per season in league play, resulting in six Moore League titles.
The Coaching Impact
Head Coach, Ron Keester and his coaching staff have overseen Millikan’s Moore League resurgence, establishing a culture of toughness, preparedness, and consistency. Thier ability to develop talent and integrate effective pitching strategies has been critical to the teams successes. Together, this coaching lineup has been instrumental in:
- Leading the Rams to multiple Moore League championships (including a perfect 12–0 record in 2024 and shared title in 2025)
- Developing standout players
- Cementing Millikan’s reputation as a local powerhouse
